What will happen [I-140 and I-485 ],if company dissolves ?

we have already filed EAD, 140 and 485 [Nebraska]couple of months ago after I got RIR approved and now we are waiting for EAD but the problem is I am supposed to work for company "A" and I filed all my papers through that company "A"? But the so called company "A" is going to shutdown due to their internal problem and I want to ask about the processing of 140 and 485 after that company collapse? Does that make any difference to my processing if I change my previous company "A"? Or I have to work to that so called company [ no longer in operation]? Can I change my previous employer "A" and work for new employer "B", what will be the status?
We want to move to different city, will it make any changes to my case?
We will be pleased if any one can give the answers...

Dear all:
I received My I-140 approval notice 6 month ago(but online case status not updated). Here is my current problem: I filed EAD back in July, but no response from Vermont saying approval yet. I went to local office to get an interim EAD but local officer said an hold has been issued for my 485 on Nov. 2002. So they did not give my EAD. They told us contact vermont to ask why a hold is there on my 485, and I did so. but still no response from Vermont. We desperatly need EAD. I know we did not do anything illegal. Please give me some advise. Thanks
