Pregnency & Medical tests for I-485

My labor certification is about to clear in couple of weeks. After that I would like to apply for I-140 & I-485 concurrently. I am married. My wife is pregnant now, so she can't take some of the medical tests like immunizations and chest X-ray which are required as part of medical examination to apply for I 485.

My question is can we both (my self and my wife) still apply for I-140 & I-485 concurrently even without some of my wife's medical tests and can submit those medical tests after my wife's delivery.

I appreciate input in this regard.

don't worry

Don't worry about that, many people were in that situation, just goto doctor and tell that your wife is pregnant (before any tests). They will take care of it.

Vaccination

If possible try to get the proper authorized immunization and vaccination documents from your family doctor. It will save you some bucks and time. For me, the doctor just took the TB tests and blood tests.
