Me and my husband had applied for I-485 and both of us has EAD. My daughter came recently from India. Her status is only H4. My employer applied for renewal of h1 for me and h4 for my husband and for my daughter for next 3 years.
Now the problem is I got a full time position in a very good organization. I don't want to loose that chance. Is it possible for me to join in that organization with EAD and at the same time shall I able to maintain my H1 status, (until me, my husband and my daughter get greencard)? So that I can apply I-485 for my daughter? And also, If i leave my current employer, could he able to file I-485 for my daughter?
