Recently we got our marriage certificate from government office in tamilnadu. On the certificate we found that my father-in-Law name has extra "l" (has two "L"s instead of one "L"). My and my wife names are correct.
Will this be a problem when we file I-485? If this will be a problem means, can i get an affidavit from our uncle? Because its very difficult to get the corrected certificate from Govt office.
Please advice me!
