Need Advice for Interview rescheduling

Hello friends,
Yesterday I got letter for my interview...good news ...the problem is that it's same date my wive's due date for my child and as my greencard is based on my wive's citizenship....she has to be with me for interview. Should I get my interview rescheduled...and if yes, how much delay should I expect.

Write and mail a letter requesting that the date be rescheduled and state the reason- that your wife will be delivering that day.........of cours ebe sure to include whatever proof you hav eof that. Please send it by certified mail and keep the receipt!.............you will most likley get a date for the following month.
