On Hold, due to misspelled name in Passport

Hi,

I am preparing for I-485, but on hold due to misspelled name problem...

My wife uses my first name as her last name.

In my wife's passport, her last name is misspelled and also husband's name.

As per the consulate, I need to give newspaper ads in India and USA.

I am looking for sample name change ads for both India and USA.

Is there any agenecy to help me with this?

If any one has gone through this process, please give suggestions and the time line for the entire process.
