EAD FP after AOS FP?

I have already done 3 times FP.The last time was 5 months ago for AOS .but my greencard has not received yet so i have to apply for EAD.they want me to do FP one more time!i have sent them copy of my LAST FP.
Do i need really do FP again or send them the FP copy again or call them?
