Hi All
I just recieved an RFE on my I485 AoS to provide a letter from the employer and last 2 years of W2 and Federal Tax returns.
The problem is that I have only earned $3000 from my sponsoring company last year and that's what I have filed for 2005. I started a consulting firm a couple of years ago and that's what kept me afloat - I dont draw a salary from my firm either.
Any suggestions on what to expect if my last 2 year's income is so low? Could that cause a problem?
