Hi, Everyone
I just posted a thread about my TB skin test a couple days ago. The skin test was positive, but X-ray was clear. However, now I am forced to take preventative treatment" for at least 9 months.
As I found on USCIS, I will need to fill "medical waiver" along with AOS, because I am under the treatment.
I was wondering, if the "medical waiver" will delay my AOS? OR Will I get refused to adjust my status because of the medical waiver?
Also, Before I get AOS, will I be able to get EAD and Advanced Parol (travel permit), if I have the "medical waiver"?
Please Help~~ I really appreciate it!!
