AoS from K-1 Visa

I entered the US.under K-1 visa on August 11th,2006. The stamp on my I-94 said it will be expired on Nov 9th. My fiance and I are planning the wedding on Oct 21st,2006.
Since my other documents are coming with the shipment in which I am still working on getting it with the shipping company, I might not be able to start the AOS application within the 90 days period. I only noticed that the INS require us to get married within 90 days.
I have the following questions and I will be appreciate if anyone can help me out.
1. Does it mean that the AOS application has to be filed within 90 days also?
What happen if I file the AOS after the 90 days period.
And I wonder if it's ok if I send the application on Nov 9th (the last day of the period) postmarked by the post office and it arrives at the INS office afterward.
2. I already have a medical exam as a part of getting the K-1 visa. I have read from this website knowing that I don't need another full form,but only supplemental vaccination. I wonder if I need to get that vaccinations from the authorized physician specified by the INS or it could be any clinic as long as I get those shots done.
3. I also want to apply for the EAD, Do I have to apply within 90 days also?
Can I apply for EAD after getting married but past the 90 days period?

My shipment from another country contains all my important documents to be filed for AOS. I expect to be able to get it within this week or about the same time as my wedding which is about 2 weeks before the dead line.(90 days period)

1. No, you need not file an oAS application wihtin 90 days, you just need to marry within 90 days.

2. You can get the vaccine anywhere but the supplement has to completed by a designated civil surgeon which mena syou would have to take the vaccine records to him/her and he certifies that your e properly vaccinated.

3. You can apply for the EAD whenever you want, or not at all.
