Is this complete list of forms?

I am applying for GC on the basis of marriage to a USC. This is the list of forms we have filled

For me G-28, G-325, I-485, I-765, I693.

For her( my sponsoring wife) G-28, G-325A, I-864.

I hope this is the complete list. My lawyer said that I dont need to file I-130 as I am already in USA. So please tell me if it is complete list or me and my lawyer are missing something

Ok run from that lawyer of yours as fast as you can!!!! First of, you can not file any of those forms that you mentioned without I-130 (approved or simultaneously filed)....I-693 - medical exam, you do not have to file it now, you can have medical exam done right before your interview, since the exam is valid for only 1 year, and you never know if you will get an interview within that 1 year, and why pay for 2 medical exams?

Those are all the forms that you need, please note you need to file 2 copies of G-325 and your spouse needs to file 2 copies
