    Help filing i-485.

    My husband was here on a Student Visa when we reciently got married. I'm a U.S. citizen.
    We are filing 485 and I don't know which option to choose in part 2 of I-485.
    is it option A: "an immigrant petition giving me an immediately available visa has been approved"
    or is it something else?

    well, did your husband already file I-130 and it has been approved and that is why you are filing I-485? or you are filing I-130 concurrently?

      we are filing i-130 and i-485 concurrently, as well as i-765 and i-131.
