Hi everyone, this is my story: I entered the USA on Oct 26 2002 and they gave me 2 weeks for stay, I entered on a Tourist visa. I applied for an extension of stay and got authorization to stay up to april 12 2003....
I am going to apply for adjustment of status this friday Sept 26 2003, my question is: Do I have any problem to get an advance parole since I've been out of status from april 12 ...I'm not over the 180 days out of status.
