Green card eligibility

I filed for I 485 for my son alongwith mine in May 2004, he is completing 21 years in July 2007.will he be eligible to get the green card along with mine.can anyone help me.

what is the basis for your eligibility?

mine is employment based.filed for I-140 and I-485 in May 2004,I-140 got approved in Dec 2004,FP's for all in March 2005 ans Sept 2006

U need to write USCIS and inform them of the date on which he will turn 21....now to DEc is agood tikm eto do so.............inform them that youre interested in preserving his status
