Work 30 hours for sponsoring company?

Hi.

Not sure in which specific section this query belongs so I apoligize if it is in the wrong place.

I wanted to learn if it is true that an employee must work for 30 hours for the employer who is sponsoring them for the green card at some point during the green card application process? If it is true, specifically, at which point does the employee need to work the 30 hours?
