Hi,
My labor was cleared 6 months back, and also recieved an approval for my I-140. I am now awaiting to file I-485 (Skilled Professionals Category - EB3) and am confused as to how long will I have to wait before I file I-485. My Priority Dt is - 14-Jan-2005. I checked the Visa Bullietin for the latest priority dates, and it should Apr-2003, is that correct?
Also, I am planning to switch my Company(Employer) and hence wanted to know if I will still be able to use the same Priority Date? or would I need to file new labor and a new I-140 again?
Any answers would be highly appreciated.
