My priority date for I-485 is July 2003 under EB3 category. I am presently a full time employee , got a contract W2 position with a company in diff. state.Can i except the offer on w2 contract after filling AC21. Is there a diff between w2 contract and Full time salaried employee for GC process purposes.And is it advisable to switch while GC is pending.please respond asap as i have to make a decison soon.
