Attorney filed Motion day 30

My attorney filed for "Motion to Reopen" on day 30 after denial letter date:
denial letter date 18 oct
i received letter 20 Oct
attorney letter posted 17 Nov
They had mentioned we have only 30 days from the date of letter ,so :
1)is my letter posted in right time or not?
2)WHAT is the next letter from USCIS,receipt or decision letter?
3-Where they send the letter :my address or my attorney's?
4-When they make their decision?

Well firstly, its your case. It makes no sense to remain slient and watch what you clearly belive to be neglect on behalf of an attorney, and THEN complain and ask whether he has put your case in peril. You ask these questions and raise your concern with HIM BEFORE the 30 days expiration.
Also all the questions you have asked are questions to put to your attorney..thats what you pay him for , right?...why are you reluctant/afraid to ask him these questions?

Having said that though, yes hes wihtin limit. He actually has an extra 3 day if the decision arrived by mail.

Once you have an attorney, all commnication goes to him, but usually a copy also comes to you.

The next piece of communication will be a decision on the motion.

The decision might take a few weeks to a few months.

I suppose that you have now don ethe vaccination?
