Please give me your advice,
I applyed for I-485, because there was some confusion my case was send back a couple of times. Finally, my documents got sent on Nov. 16th, but my work visa will be expared on Dec 6, so don't have much time left. Can there be a reason for my case being denied?
If yes, what am I suppose to do after?Do I renew my work visa and reapply for a green card? Would I be a out of the satus after Dec 6?
If my case not will be denied can I still be able to work after Dec 6 antil I will be recive my EAD?
