Is EAD valid if adjustment of status rejected!

hi everyone,

I came to US on a visitor's visa...got married to a US citizen..have applied for adjustment of status...have got my EAD also for one year...have my immgration interview in dec.

I just happened to read on this website that if u already knew ur spouse and came to US on a temporary visa and got married...then they become suspicious of fraud!!!

just in case..if they reject my application...then would I be able to work with my EAD?????????
wat wud be my next step??
wat r the other causes of marriage based green card rejections??
plz guide.

Hi Aris,

Your EAD validity is based in your pending I-485 so if rejected then your EAD is not valid anymore and you can't work. if your marriage is real then you don't have to worry. !!Good luck!!
