Anybody who has experience with Thai Birth Certificate in applying Green Card, please help! Which Birth Certificate should be submitted, the one issued by the hospital or the one issued by the city hall? The Birth Certificate is in Thai, can it be translated into English by anybody who is good at both languages or it has to be translated by the designated person. any recommendation is highly appreciated.
