Questions regarding I-485
Hi ,
I filed my I-485 in Apr 2004 at VSC and I am still waiting for it to be approved.
I have couple of questions related to it
1) I changed employer once, 6 months after 1-40 was approved but it was within the same state.Can I change employer now and move to a state which is under different INS Center ?
2) I had a issue with my name on passport. I have used the same name on all the documents in my GC processing.My passport is expiring and I need to renew it. Shoud I get my name corrected on the passport now or wait until my GC comes?
