I_485 denied

My i-485 denied because only one document missing.they asked for motion to reopen?!!!.Does it have any form(i couldnt find in uscis website) or i should write a letter.?

Yes to both..........there is a form that is usually sent with the denial. But you also could do it yourself...which is a little tougher. You title the doc MOTION TO REOPEN....you put your name and your A# and you do a brief affidavit and explain what happened and ask for it to be reopened and then get it notarized...............actually you can go to a uSCIS offcie and get a motion to reopen form.....do not forget to sne dthe check..I belive its around $335.00

I-485 denied,Is EAD become Invalid

Hello ,

I am also in the same situation. My I-485 is denied due to abscence.Please update me what u done.Is it motion to reopen?. How long it takes for them to reconsider. Is it better to go with a Lawyer and do that. Does my EAD becomes automatically after i filed for motion to reopen. Wheather USCIS will send may mails.
