hoping for AOS

Me and my family have a consular processing because my mother in law is an american citizen and our sponsor since 97. In 99 we decided to come to US and now our priority date is getting closer and we would like to make the AOS here, without going back to our country (Peru), we brought our daughter with us and now have another one who was born here, I've been paying taxes for 3 years now.
Do you think we'll suceed? thank you
