2nd interview. videotaped?!

Hi! my husband and i had the AOS interview in Aug 2006. we thought it went well ( officer was nice, made jokes about our pictures, everything only lasted 15 mins). today we got a letter in the mail saying that we`re scheduled for another interview in Jan 2007. and that this interview will be videotaped. doesn`t sound too good, does it?!
is this regular procedure, or we just seem suspect?
my husband is the american citizen, he has a poor credit so we were unable to open a joint account. we don`t have insurance either, just couple of credit cards, a vehicle in both our names, utlity bills, vet receipts for our dog, pictures..
are we being interviewed by the fraud unit? what exactly can they do? we don`t have a lawyer and to be honest we haven`t worried too much about all this until now. what should we do?

Yes, it sounds like a fraud interview. 2 interviews are not the norm, although they do occur. You seem to have adequate documentation in both your names so its hard to say exactly why youre being called for a second interview. If you rmarraige is valid, I would say dont worry about it. Just relax and tell th etruth. It simportant though that the answers from this second interview do not vary, in a material way, from those given in your first interview. The imp thing to remmenbe ris dont lie..dont lie.........regardless of ho wbad you think the answer will make you and him look, dont lie. If you cant remember something, say you cant remember, dont make it up.
However if you can afford one, now is the time to use an attorney.
