RFE mailed but not arrived?

I got an email from USCIS on Dec 6th that they have mailed an RFE for my case (AOS through spouse) but I have not received it yet. it's been a week.

Will calling the Cust Service help? I want to make sure that it doesn't get lost and not to delay my processing.

It takes around 10 days after the date of mailing to get it. When you get it u will see thats it spostmarked a few days afte rthe 6 th.

I have got the RFE today but I think there is a Problem...They are saying that the Income doesn't meet...My wife is the petitionar and 1st sponsor. My brother is the 2nd Sponsor.

If that's the case, what should My brother check in Part 1 of the i-864?
