pls help i-864 Part 1

HI,

I have got the RFE today but I think there is a Problem...They are saying that the Income doesn't meet...My wife is the petitionar and 1st sponsor. My brother is the 2nd Sponsor or Joint Sponsor...I have sent in the letter of his employment and tax return but they still want tax return, paystub....

If that's the case, what should My brother check in Part 1 of the i-864?

b. I filed an alien worker petition on behalf of the intending immigrant, who is related to me as my ------
c. I have an ownership interest of at least 5 percent in
d. I am the only joint sponsor.
e. I am the First or Second of two joint sponsors. (Check appropriate box.)

He checks (d). Why are you worried? why does it matter what color is the paper? why do you think there is some special significance to the color...what color do you think it ought to have been? Im just trying to let you see how irrational the worry is.
