I am waiting for my 485 approval (ND: Feb 02), I worked more than one year for the company applied for me.

Can I go back to school and get an assistantship and be on school pay roll which may be close to my salary including the tuition paid by school? (I have EAD valid untill July 04)

Any comment is much appreciated

AOS status is depending on EAD or advance parrol?

These days they send RFE's asking u to show proof that you are still employed by someone in the same pay range. So 200$/month will not help. Try getting a proper job in same pay range. BTW - if you are lucky to get the GC without the RFE - then it'll be no prob's
