do I need to submit form 9003????
I am going to file my I-485 soon,and I went to the local USCIS in my area.There they gave me the full packet of documents which I am supposed to submit along with I-485.Among such forms was the form 9003,which was formerly used by INS to send information to IRS.However, when I was searching some information about applying for AOS there was nothing said about this form.Moreover,I found a document which states that form 9003 has been discontinued to be used by INS.Does anybody know the up-to-date,current status of this form,is it really not used now????
