Fingerprinting

Type of filing: Concurrent, I-140, I-485, I-130 and I-765
I have been called for fingerprinting at a local police station for FBI clearance etc. Please let me know, TSC filers in particular and other filers in general, how does this bode for the entire process? How long does it take for I-140 and 485 to be processed from the time you give your fingerprints? Any ideas, suggestions etc would help a great deal.

Fingerprinting

There is no corelation with Fingerprinting and I-140, EAD, I-130 and I-485 processing. Right now in Texas center they are taking between 180 and 300 days for I-140. If your I-140 file is submitted with all the required documents (Nothing is missing)then INS may approve your EAD before approving of your I-140. Unless I-140 is approved your I-130 will not be approved. After I-140's approval they may take 3-4 months for I-130's approval. For 485 approval they are taking around 3 years of time from the date of filing.
