I entered USA w/ my 2 daughters in June 2001 with INSPECTION (I-94).


I would like apply for ADJUSTMENT STATUS.


These are the current documents I have:

Priority date: Sept. 2000.

F1 first preference.

I have Proof Load.

Petition has been approved (my mother is a USA citizen).

Every is fine but one item, which reads the following:

"If your petition or application was filed after January 14, 1998 then you
must also prove that you were in the US on December 21, 2000."

when you were not eligible for it.
