Abandoned status during 485

Hi Guys,
During change of status 485, my wife had to leave US without advanced parole.
After which I could get GC but USCIS had made her status as abandoned GC since she could not appear for second finger print.
Is there any way I can contnue her 485 from where it was left or any other way to get her to US.

I don't think so.

You would have to apply for family based green card for her under F2A category.
