Hi Friends,
Just to keep you posted. I have just received the approval of the I-485. As I said in my previous posting, I was not asked to go for any interview (just like many people that i know). From the time that I submitted simultaneously the I-140, I485, I 765, I 131, it has only been 5 weeks. Unbelieveable
I thank God that this most stressful episode is at an end. I am most fortunate.
I just want to wish everyone going through this to have patience and it will come to an end. God Bless!!!
I hope that I receive the actual Green Card in the next few days.
I am most thankful to this site for giving me the opportunity to read the problems that others faced, the advise that many well meaning folks gave and most of all ,allowing me to better understand the process better.
This has allowed me to temper my expectations and better monitor my Attorney's work.
I have something else to say but I will defer that for some other time.
