i-485 motion denied,can i file i-130?

I applied for adjustment of status after i got married with my fiance in US.my applicaion (i-485 )was denied bcs of a funny reason after interview ;"incomplete vaccination "and we did motion to reopen next, which denied today.now i would like to know is consular processing filing(i-130)appropriate for me or i-485 again?how long does it take?can i stay in US during consular processing.
