I am married to a US citizen (2002), I am a UK subject, living in US and we are about to take the plunge and finally get my residency application submitted. I would be grateful if anyone could tell me which forms I need , I have tried a few of those Q/A things and they give me differing answers. I intend to apply for a temp work permit and all the other things necessary, I do'nt need a travel document application however.
Any help is extremely helpful.
