Hi,
I had a question regarding reentry into US after filing for I-485 or adjustment of status and would appreciate your reply.
I am in the process of applying for an adjustment of status (I495).
After a H4 holder applied for a AOS, can he/she leave US before getting an Advance Parole?
If he/she leaves US before getting an AP will it be considered as an abandonment of status?
Can he/she return to US using the H4 status?
