PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hi everyone, this is my story: I netered the USA on Oct 26 2002 and they gave me 2 weeks for stay, I entered on a Tourist visa. I applied for an extension of stay and got authorization to stay up to april 12 2003....I married my fiance (US citizen) on December 2002. We traveled to Philadelphia on March 2003 and my purse was sotlen at the airport with all my documents, passport, tourist visa, original I 94 form, and the second I 94 form with my authorization to stay up to april 2003. That happened on april 2003, at that moment I couldn't send another application to extend my status because it was too late. Now I need to adjust my status 485 and of course I need to attached the I 94 which I don't have not even a copy. I can request INS to send me a copy but thay take so long, !!!! and right now I am out of status!!!! is there another way to go in this situation???? Could I send the form I 485 along to a request for a I 94 replacement????

Replacement of I-94

You need to fill out a form for replacement of stolen/lost I94 that you need to fill out immediately. Also, since your passport was stolen, you need to apply for the samee immediately at your embassy. AOS app should be accompanied by the I94 replacement app.
