AOS denied bcs of incomplete medical.i want to reapply,but some documents is lost.am i legal in this country till i gather all my documents inorder to refile.can i apply for consular processing meanwhile living with my husband here?thanks

reapply for adjustment of status. Until you do, no, youre not legal.
