hi!!!
need help with this issue. here is my situation. my wife, was my fiancee, came here with the K-1 visa; we got married before the 90 day. However, a couple of day ago she when to the DMV to apply for the California ID the DMV personnel told her that her I-94 has expired and she need to go get an extension to be able to apply for an ID. The i-94 expired on 02/14/07, she applied on the 02/20/07. We have sent the AOS application the same morning as my wife go to the DMV to apply for ID. please advise!!!
1. where do i go to get an extension for the i-94?
2. or, what do i need to do?
