Lost I 94 and now applying for AOS

Hello,

I lost my I 94, 6 months ago n then applied for a replacement but havent received.Also while I was waiting for my I 94 I applied for extension(b1/b2)...so I have already 2 cases pending with USCIS.....I am planning to AOS but need I 94.....wat should I do.....should I go ahead n submitt I 94 once I get it with the form I 102 receipt for I 94 ......or have to wait till i get my I 94.....
I will appreciate ur help....

Hi cogar. I also do not have my I-94, its a long story but i had my interview today and got approved, thank God. When he asked for my I-94 i showed him the reciept letter that they sent me after applying for a replacement I-94. He asked me what happened to my old one, I explained and that was that. Oh, I had a notarized copy of the old one so maybe that helped but he did not stress me out. I wish you the best of luck, and will answer any questions you may have the best that I can.
