    How many pictures does the US sponser need to submit in the adjustment of status applications. In my readings i saw they only need to submit 1 copy with the I 130 along with 1 pic for thier spouse. Am i right.

    I believe so. but Please double check on the instructions of i-130, i-485 package.

    good luck......please make a copy of everything you mail.

        Sponsor's pic is only needed on I130:

        beneficiary requires this many:

        1 for I 130
        2 for I485

        Optional forms:

        2 for EAD
        2 for AP

        total : 1 for sponsor ; 7 for beneficiary.

          We both did reserach and counted for the forms how many were required. I find it odd.

                AP = advance parole , required for travel while one is adjusting status from within the USA. (not needed if you are on h1).
