I enterd as k1 fiance 2.5 years ago.I got married within 90 days then applied for AOS which denied bcs of incomplete vaccination .Now i want reapply but my fiance approval notice is in my denied file which i dont know where it is.Can i apply for AOS this time through marriage which doesnt need fiance approval ,just form i-130 instead?Appreciate in advance
