I recently submitted my adjustment of status package to Chicago, does anyone know how long it takes for them to issue a notice of receipt and how long it took them to receive it in the mail.

i sent mine in Nov, i got receipts in December, my fingerprint was in December as well. also, my EAD came in 3rd week of Feb. your case may be sent to Missouri svc center.

if you sent it just few weeks ago, then you should receive your reciept within 2-4 weeks...

Like you said my case went to the Missouri Service centre. Can you please post your dates. Please include the date they sent the letters off and when you actually receive them. I have received the notice of receipt and just trying to do a projection of when i will get the Biometrics notice. Thank you in advance.

I sent mine off and 2 days after they received it. A week later I got my return receipt.

Hope that relieves the "not knowing"
