Has anyone filed at BCIS TSC and received approval for I-140,485 etc in the last 6 months?
If you received approval in the last 6 months, when had you filed?

Concurrenr Filing of I-140 and 485

I filed my I-140 and 485 concurrently on Sept. 16th (Notification Date 2002) and my I-140, EAD and AP were approved on 10/22/2002.

Thank you Mr. Rao for answering my query about BCIS-TSC. Please clarify what notification date means. Also, pls respond if someone has filed their concurrent forms after March 1st, since INS became BCIS. Thank you in advance.

TSC

I filled 03/25 and just receveid a letter with registration number. My visa was visitor and i married an american citizen. I am waiting..............
