My husband needs his CA driving record from the DMV but lives out of state. Ive already requested the record but 3 wks have passed and nothing. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Immigration Help
I am a married permanent residence of USA since 2008 and my lovely wife living out of USA (Nepal). I applied her for immigrant visa by filing I-130 form and that approved from USCIS. Few months ago I went to visit my wife unknowingly she is pregnant now. In coming days she must need my take care of and I want to bring her in USA with me. I don’t know how long time that will take from regular process of National VIsa Centre. So are there any alternatives way to update her information and get Visa as soon as so fast? Or would you like to advice me what i need to do to get visa for her?
