    Police Certificate

    Hi, I have a simple question. Do I need police certificate from my home country if I am doing adjustment of status? I am living in this country fro the last one year.

    My understanding is that Police Certificates are only required for Consular Processed cases, not Adjustment of Status cases filed if you are present in the US.
