help regarding adjustment
i need help my mom is a LPR she put a I130 on april 30 2001 i was 17 then im mexican i got an aproval notice on august 06 saying it was approved and that i wasnt available to apply for adj at that time at this time priority dates for mex is on dec 2000 and mine is april 2001 should i send in my 1485 with all the other forms and fees or do i have to wait till my date is current im under 245i my aproval notice says im under 2(a) visa category im 22 now i called the USCIS and they said it shouldnt be a problem that im 22 now what should i do help ??????????????????????????
