i need help my mom is a LPR she put a I130 on april 30 2001 i was 17 then im mexican i got an aproval notice on august 06 saying it was approved and that i wasnt available to apply for adj at that time we recieved the notice. at this time priority dates for mex under 2(a) is on dec 2000 and mine is april 2001 should i send in my packet 1485 with all the other forms and fees or do i have to wait till my date is current im under 245i my aproval notice says im under 2(a) visa category im 22 now what should i do do i start getting everything ready and can i send it in now nor should i wait
