Hello everyone ,i arrived here last january 2006,and been married now for 13 months here in usa ,as fiancee visa,so my visa expired last july 2006,and until today my husband never filed my lpr here so i am consider as illegal here in usa?he didnt me treat me good as his wife and i am thinking to leave him ,and when i leave him can i do some self petition for myself?thank you so much for the help

If you leave him you have no ground for Legal permanent residency as far as I know. Only if you are abuse (domestic violence) you can self sponsor
