if someone has a child(15yrs old) in their foreign country of citizenship and the parent is currently in the USA where his/her spouse is filling adjustment of status for parent can they add that child name to the petition. If yes how long would it take for the child to come here. The child lives in the Caribbean.

i believe when a parent becomes a US resident, any child accompanying her/him under 21 will be given residency.
She must submit information about that child when the application is submitted.
you can have the parent visit the USCIS office and ask directly.
